I am a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) ICAEW, and ACCA (UK) With more than 10 years of professional experience, including a significant tenure at a Big Four firm (KPMG), I have developed a strong foundation in various financial disciplines.

Throughout my career, I have excelled in Financial Reviews, Internal and External Audit, Financial Analysis & Planning, Analytical Review, Drafting Financial Statements, Group Consolidation, MIS Reporting, Internal controls, Monthly, quarterly and Annual Financial Closing, Budgeting, Cash flow management, Working capital management, and Financial Reporting.

Jafar Shah

I am a chartered accountant Finalist with an experience of more than 10 years. He specialises in tax compliance and advisory. He is with Number Nerds since incorporation currently a Partner since and Country Head of Tax.

He has successfully handled on their behalf complex issues such as transaction advisory, Tax-Due-Diligence, compliance before various regulatory authorities like Inland Revenue Officers, Commissioner Appeals, Tribunals, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Board of Investment (BOI), Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and various ministries.
